Working with DHCP

DHCP functions are performed from the DHCP Control and Reports Menu.

From the SafeNet/400 Main Menu select

Option 13 – Go To DHCP Menu

The

DHCP Control and Reports Menu

appears.

The DHCP functions provide the ability to maintain MAC addresses and device names, set IP
addresses and ping IP addresses.

From the DHCP Control and Reports Menu you can also run reports for active and expired
leases, MAC names and IP address lists.
