Removing the fan power cable from the 8335-GCA or 8335-GTA

To remove the fan power cable, complete the steps in this procedure.

Procedure

Ensure that you have the electrostatic discharge (ESD) wrist strap attached. If not, attach it now.

Remove the power riser air baffle. See Figure 13.

Locate where the fan power cable is connected. See (A) in Figure 14 on page 21.
