Switch F12/F24 as a

Desktop Switch

The example in Figure 5 shows how a Switch F12/F24 can be used for a
group of users that require dedicated 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps connections
to the desktop. The Switch stack has a 1000BASE-SX Module that allows
it to provide a Gigabit Ethernet link to a 1000BASE-SX Switch in the
basement.
