3. Install the monitor compartment.

a. Temporarily insert the monitor compartment against the front mounting rails at the same U-level

you installed the rear bracket. Make sure:

The rear of the monitor compartment rests on the rear bracket you installed in step 2 on
page 1.

The two clips on the bottom rear of the monitor compartment are under the rear bracket.

The bottom of the monitor compartment is at the same U-level mark as the bottom of the rear
bracket.

The monitor compartment is level front-to-rear and side-to-side.

b. With a pencil, mark the location of the six mounting holes in the monitor compartment on the front

mounting rails.

c. Remove the monitor compartment.

d. Install six cage nuts on the front mounting rails at the locations you marked in step 3b.

The nuts go toward the inside of the rack.
