Before
you
begin:

Review
the
information
in
“System

on
page
23.
To
remove
the
non-hot-swap
power
supply,
complete
the
following
steps:
1.
Turn
off
the
computer,
if
it
is
on.
2.
Disconnect
the
power
cord
from
the
power
source
and
from
the
computer;
then,
disconnect
all
external
cables.
3.
Remove
the
cover
(see
“Removing
the
side
cover”
on
page
25).
4.
Disconnect
internal
cables
from
the
power
supply
to
the
system
board
and
any
other
components
to
which
it
is
attached,
making
a
note
of
where
they
connect.
5.
Remove
the
screws
from
the
rear
of
the
computer.
6.
Gently
move
the
power
supply
away
from
the
chassis
and
lift
it
out
of
the
computer.
To
replace
the
non-hot-swap
power
supply,
complete
the
following
steps:
1.
Align
the
tabs
on
the
top
of
the
power
supply
with
the
tab
slots
on
the
underside
of
the
top
rear
of
the
chassis,
and
slide
the
power
supply
toward
the
rear
of
the
chassis.
2.
Secure
the
power
supply
to
the
rear
of
the
chassis
with
the
four
screws.
3.
Reconnect
the
power
cables.
