4.2 CONNECTION WITH AR-B9006 SCREW TERMINAL

BOARD

The AR-B9006 is a wiring terminal board designed

specifically for use with the AR-B3001 A/D Converter

Card. It provides convenient connection points for the

connector ports on AR-B3001 card. When connected to

a AR-B3001, the AR-B9006 wiring terminal board provides

direct connections for analog input signals.

This terminal board is designed for passive signal

conditioning components. For example, the user can

easily implement low-pass filter, voltage attenuator and

current shunt functions by adding resistors and capacitors

on the reserved circuit pads.

A 60 cm flat ribbon cable is provided as a connection to

AR-B3001, while screw clamp terminal blocks on the

board allow easy connection to signal wires. The board

can be mounted on a wall or a panel with the mounting

screws.

The AR-B3001 wiring terminal board allows the user to

add on signal conditioning circuits such as low pass

filters, voltage attenuators, and current shunts using the

examples below.
