Chapter 4. Limitations and performance considerations
IBM Director can manage up to 5000 systems with one management server.
The number of systems that IBM Director can manage efficiently depends on the
existing network load and the functions that you want to perform. System
discovery, frequent presence checks, and alert usage can increase network traffic.
Precise performance information must be ascertained in each individual
environment.
