SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•
Please keep this User Manual for future reference. If you sell the unit to another user, be sure that he also
receives this instruction booklet.
•
Unpack and check the unit carefully that it has not been damaged during transport before using the unit.
•
Before operating, ensure that the voltage and frequency of power supply match the power requirements of
the unit.
•
The unit is for indoor use only in a dry location.
•
The unit is for decorative purposes only. It is not suitable for normal household illumination.
•
The unit must be installed in a location with adequate ventilation, at least 50cm from adjacent surfaces. Be
sure that no ventilation slots are blocked.
•
Disconnect mains power before servicing.
•
Make sure there are no inflammable materials close to the unit during operation.
•
Maximum ambient temperature (Ta) is 104° F (40°C). Do not operate the fixture at temperatures higher than
this.
•
In the event of serious operating problem, stop using the unit immediately.
•
Never try to repair the unit by yourself. Repair carried out by unskilled people can lead to damage or malfunc-
tion. Please contact the nearest authorized technical assistance center and always use the same type of spare
parts.
•
Use the device only with the supplied adapter

The supplied adapter cannot be used for any other purpose
•
The light source of this device is not replaceable. If it is defective, the entire unit must be discarded.
•
Don’t connect the device to a dimmer pack.

INSTALLATION
The unit should be mounted via its screw holes on the bracket. Always ensure that the unit is firmly fixed to
avoid vibration and slipping while operating. Always ensure that the structure to which you are attaching the unit
is secure and able to support a weight of 10 times of the unit’s weight. Also always use a safety cable that can
hold 12 times the weight of the unit when installing the fixture.
OPERATION
Prior to using the unit for the first time, plug the supplied mains adaptor into a suitable mains outlet and into the
DC socket on the unit. Let the built-in Lithium battery charge for about 8 hours. Unplug the mains adaptor from
the mains outlet and the unit. Press the black button on the unit to switch it on or off.
The device operates to the rhythm of the music. When there is no sound, the unit runs automatically.
IMPORTANT NOTE : APPLIANCES CONTAINING LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES
1. PRIOR to using the unit for the first time, please charge fully the battery
2. Charge the battery regularly after each use. Don’t wait until it is discharged!
3. DON’T allow the battery to discharge completely, otherwise it will lose 20% of its capacity or even be totally
damaged! If the voltage becomes too low, the internal circuits are not powered anymore and it will become im

possible to recharge the battery!
4. If you don’t use the unit for a longer period of time, it is recommended to charge it at 40% of its capacity and
check/charge it once per month.
The life time of the battery depends on the observance of these recommendations.
