3.3 Pizza Rounder Operation
Turn the power on using the green power switch (a).
Using the variable speed control (b), set the oscillation speed required.
Scale off dough pieces to be rounded.
Drop dough piece in through the in feed chute into the rounding chamber.
The dough piece will now be rounded and be released out of the outfeed chute.
Take rounded dough piece and place on proving board for intermediate proving
Note:
More than one piece of dough can be rounded in the machine at any one time.
