Pyranometers can be used to measure irradiance either on the horizontal plane or on
the module plane.
§ The input and output of the AMPBOX are galvanically isolated to prevent feedback and
interference and to protect the data logger.
§
The connecting cable between the AMPBOX and the pyranometer must not be
lengthened or shortened.
§ Because the AMPBOX and the pyranometer are calibrated together, both devices must
always be installed together.
