EHCI Hand-off
Enabled/Disabled. This is a workaround for OSes without EHCI
hand-off support. The EHCI ownership change should be claimed by
EHCI driver.
Port 64/60 Emulation
Enables I/O port 60h/64h emulation support. This should be enabled for
the complete USB keyboard legacy support for non-USB aware OSes.
USB Transfer time-out
The time-out value for Control, Bulk, and Interrupt transfers.
Device reset tine-out
USB mass Storage device start Unit command time-out.
Device power-up delay
Maximum time the device will take before it properly reports itself to the
Host Controller.

a Hub port the delay is taken from Hub descriptor.
