EuP/ErP  control  on  S5[Keep  standby  power]  Enable  all  of  the 

standby power and ignore EuP/ErP specification .[Ethernet Only] 

Only  provide  the  standby  power  for  Ethernet  chip.[No  standby 

power] Shutdown all of the standby power.
