INTRODUCTION

the convenience and reliability of solid state dela ys. The AD9
Analog Delay uses a compander with pre-and de- emphasis for
an exceptionall y clean dela y. The Delay Time contr ol adjusts the
delay time and the Delay Le vel control allo ws the artist to adjust
the mix between dry and delay ed signals. The Re peat control per-
mits the number of re peats to be controlled without runaw ay.

EINFÜHRUNG
Das künstliche Echo ist einer der aufregendsten Effekte auf
dem Musikmarkt. Unhandliche Band-oder Scheiben-Echo-
geräte haben Platz gemacht für den Komfort und die Zuver-
lässigkeit von elektronischen Geräten. Im AD9 Analog Delay
wird eine Kompanderschaltung mit “vor” -Anhebung und “nach”-
Absenkung, für eine außergewöhnlich saubere Verzögerung
benützt. Mit dem “Delay T ime Control” wird die V erzögerungs-
zeit gewählt und mit dem “Delay Level” -Regler kann der Musi-
ker die Mischung zwischen dem unverzögerten und dem ver-
zögerten Signal verändern.
Der “Repeat Control” regelt die Anzahl der Echos. Durch ge-
trennte Ausgänge ist es möglich, das trockene und das verzö-
gerte Signal auf verschiedene Wege zu schicken und dadurch
dramatische Spezial-Effekte zu erzielen. Qualität und Features

INTRODUCTION
Une légère réverbération est un effet des plus utilisés dans la
musique actuelle. Les traditionnelles chambres d’écho à bande
plutôt encombrantes ont cédé la place à des delays plus com-
pacts, plus fiables et plus facilement transportables. Le circuit
de faible signal/bruit, I’expanseur sophistiqué et une large
bande passante, permettent une utilisation optima. Le “delay
time control” permet de règler le décalage sonore et le “delay
level control” facilite le dosage entre le signal pur et le signal
décalé. Le “repeat control” permet de contrôler très précisé-
ment le nombre des répétitions. L’AD9 est aussi équipé d’une
