(1) M8X1.25-25mm Hex Bolt
(2) M8 Flat Washers
(1) M8 Lock Washer
(1) M8 Hex Nut
STEP 3
Move to the Driver Side Center Mounting Location, repeat
STEP 2
to install the Driver Center Mounting Bracket
(DCM/
PFM)
to the (2) factory studs with (2) M8 Hex Flange Nuts,
(Fig
3)
. Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.
STEP 6
Assemble (1) Driver Rear Mounting Bracket
(DRM)
and (1)
Driver Rear Support Bracket
(DRS)
with (1) M8X1.25-25mm
Hex Bolt, (1) M8 Lock Washer, (2) M8 Flat Washers and (1) M8
Hex Nut,
(Fig 4)
. Repeat
STEP 2
to install the driver side rear
mounting bracket. Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.
DCM/PFM
Front
(2) M8 Hex Flange Nuts
Once all (3) driver side mounting brackets are installed, attach
the Assembled Driver Side Step Bar onto the brackets with (4)
M6X1-20mm T-Bolts, (2) M6X1-20mm Square Head Bolts, (6)
M6 Large Flat Washers and (6) M6 Nylon Lock Nuts,
(Fig 5)
.
Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.
Properly level and adjust the Step Bar and fully tighten all
hardware.
STEP 7
Move to the passenger side of the vehicle. Repeat
Steps 2-6
to install passenger side step bar.
Attention
Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure
that all hardware is secure and tight.
In order to protect your bars/boards, please use only
mild soap/non-abrasive products for cleaning.
