1. Infrared touch is disturbed
by sunlight or strong light

infrared touch block infrared
reception.
3. Cleaners use wet cloth to
clean the machine, and the
water seeps into the infrared
receiving tube and then
causes short circuit.
1. Move the equipment to
another location to see if
the interference can be
solved.
2. Clean the machine with a
clean cloth.
3. Replace the touch box.
Capacitive touch
hopping has no
effect
1. For the capacitive touch
hoping, there is power soc-
ket grounding problem.
2. The full screen cannot be
touched effectively, and the
area is normal. Check the
touch control panel for poor
contact or oxidized golden
finger.
1. Contact the electrician
for correct grounding wire
connection.
2. When disassembling the
machine, use the eraser to
wipe the golden finger of
the capacitive touch control
panel.
