1. User Dead Update
1.1. Method
1) Launch the application, Thermal Expert.
2) Put on the lens cap.
3) Push the ‘Image calibration’ button for 8 seconds.
4) The pop-up message, ‘Dead Update’, will be shown.
5) Touch the ‘Start’ button.
6) Repeat the routine, 3) ~ 5), until the dead pixels are not appeared.
(2 or 3 times is recommended)
1.2. Details
1) The updated dead pixel is saved as a file in a smart phone.
2) The path of a saved file is i3cam/dead.txt
3) Even if the thermal expert camera is re-plugged, the updated dead file is
applied.
4) If the dead file is deleted on your smart phone, then you need to re-update
dead pixel.
