1. Check the SIM card
Maybe 1- If the SIM card is installed correctly.
Maybe 2- If open the 2G GPRS traffic data.
Maybe 3- If the SIM card in debts
2. Check if the ID of the device is the same as text feedback
Send SMS "pw,123456,ts#" command to the gps tracker to see the
SMS feedback
3. Check the server
Send SMS "pw,123456,ts#"
Maybe 1- Check IP and Port
Maybe 2- If the APP platform in debts
4. APN is not setup
Send SMS to set APN
Device is offline on APP
Maybe 1- SIM card is no signal, suggest go outdoors to locate
Maybe 2- If SIM card support 2G - GPRS internet
Maybe 3- If SIM card internet GPRS is canceled
Maybe 4- If SIM card is in debts
