General Warnings and advice
The units should not be exposed to direct sunlight, very high or low temperatures,
strong magnetic fields, high frequencies and dusty environments.
The main weather station unit is for indoor use only, the sensor(s) can be
positioned outside but should be sheltered from the rain and mounted vertically
so that any moisture drains out they should be well ventilated and must not be
immersed in water.
Never attempt to insert wires, pins or other such objects into the vents or open-
ings of the unit.
Do not disassemble or modify the units, there are no user serviceable parts. If
the units are damaged or malfunction do not use. Consult a qualified service
engineer.
Do not use abrasives, benzene, thinner or other solvents to clean the surface of
the units. To clean, wipe with a clean soft cloth it and a mild detergent solution.
Batteries should be removed if the units are not to be used for an extended
period.
This product uses batteries and should be disposed of separately from
household waste at an appropriate recycling point/centre at the end of it’s life
cycle. For more detailed information about disposal of
your old appliance, please contact your local authority.
