使用実施例を参考にしていただき治具セットの設計を行っていただけますようお願い致します。

本検査アダプタは検査アダプタ自体にフローティング機構を持たせたもので、本検査アダプタ自体で軸センターが復帰する構造
を持っています。

本検査アダプタは「フランジ下部～

フローティング機構を検査アダプタ自体に設けているため、傾き易いのでご考慮願います。

嵌合時に許容角度以上傾けますと、正確な測定が行えない恐れがあります。また、本検査アダプタ及び
MHF-SW23
が破損す
る恐れがあります。

本検査アダプタと
MHF-SW23
の軸ずれ量が許容誘い込み量を超えた場合、嵌合出来ない可能性が
あります。また、
MHF-SW23
及び測定治具セットが破損する恐れがあります。
CAUTION
1. Refer to above figure 8 for layout of the jig.
2. This adapter has built-in floating mechanism which allows self-align to the center axis.
3. Stroke width (form bottom of the flange to tip of outer contact A) shall be managed within 24.35±0.85.
4. Built-in floating mechanism of the adapter makes the adapter to tilt easily.
5. Tilting more than allowable misalignment angle during mating may affect the accuracy of the measurement and may damage the
connectors.
6. Exceeded allowable axial misalignment length may disturb connectors form mating and may also damage the connectors or
measurement system.
