cREDIT INFORMaTION
WaRNING
credit information on LcD is only informative! For the proper
credit information please contact support or login to UD web
user interface.
The OBU displays credit information based on the information
received from the server. If the credit is enough to use the road
the LCD displays CREDIT:OK.
If the credit is getting low the LCD displays CREDIT:LOW and the
OBU emits 1 beep in every minute. Buy more credit to continue
using the road.
If your credit is out the LCD displays CREDIT:NONE and
message ILLEGAL ROAD. Stop using the road and buy more
credit to continue.
TROUBLESHOOTING
When the ‘Warning’ LED is flashing check the followings
according to the error message displayed:
Positioning
After powered on OBU starts initial positioning. This may take
some minutes. After several minutes, if the ‘Warning’ LED is
still on verify the device’s clear view to the sky. (the view may be
covered by garage, trees, tunnel or bridge).
Communication connection
Verify the OBU’s clear, obstacle free view from the vehicle.
Power supply
Check that the OBU’s car charger cable is intact and verify
the connection to the device. Check the connection of the car
charger. If the ‘Charging’ LED is flashing in green the battery is
