ERASE FILES.
Jog “ M ” button under the main menu to select “ Delete ”, press “ M ” button to confirm your sele -
ction and enter to “ Delete ” category. Jog the “ M ” button rightward or leftward to select Delete
Music /Delete Recordings /Back.
1. Delete a music file
1) If “
Delete Music
” is selected in the above procedure, “
Yes No
” is shown on
screen and a song title is displayed on the screen also.
2) Jog “ M “ leftward or rightward to scroll though the song titles and select the song to be
erased.
3) After you select the tracks to be erased, then jog the “ M ” button upward and downward to
select Yes or No . If Yes is selected, press the button and the song will be deleted. A
“File Deleted” sign will appear on the screen to show that the song has been deleted suc-
cessfully. If No is selected, press the button and return the up one level menu. Press
once again and enter to music play mode.
2. Delete a recorded file
1) If “ Delete recordings ” is selected in the above procedure, “Yes No” is shown on screen and
a recorded title is displayed on the screen also.
2) Jog “ M “ leftward or rightward to scroll though the recorded files and select the file to be
erased.
3) After you select the file you want to delete, then jog the “ M ” button upward and downward to
select Yes or No . If Yes is selected, press the button and the file will be deleted. A “File
Deleted” sign will appear on the screen to show that the recorded file has been deleted suc-
cessfully. If No is selected, press the button and return the up one level menu. Press
once again and enter to recordings play mode.
MEMORY SPACE QUERY
Under the main menu, jog “M” button to select “About”, press “M” button to confirm and enter
“About” category. The memory information and firmware version will be shown automatically on
the screen.
Int. - Total built-in memory capacity
Free - Current free memory space left
HOLD
When the MP3 player is powered on, press the “ “ button at the same time to lock the but -
tons. A hold “ ” sign will show on the screen. This time you press any other button on the MP3
player, the button doesn’t work.
Press the “ “ button at the same time to unlock the buttons. The hold “ ” sign disappears.
Note: The hold function is not available when the MP3 player is recording voice or erasing files.
Lyrics synchronization
This MP3 player supports lyrics synchronization. For every MP3 or WMA song saved in this
MP3 player, if saved together with an “.lrc” file with same file name, then the lyric text will be
displayed on the LCD screen when the MP3 or WMA song is being played.
*Lrc file: It is text file with time code. It can be created by lyrics edit software or can be downloa -
ded from Internet.
