4.2 Spark plug check or replacement.
4.2.1 Pull the spark plug cover off, unscrew the plug using the plug wrench and
replace it.
4.2.2 If you are checking the spark plug remember to clean it and check that it is
correctly adjusted.
4.2.3 If you are replacing the spark plug remember to check that it is correctly
adjusted.
4.3 Operation safety instructions.
4.3.1 To turn the machine off, the switch has to be in “STOP” position.
4.3.1.1 When trimming, check local regulations for restrictions on use at
certain time s especially in communal living areas.
4.3.1.2 DO NOT mow at night.
4.3.1.3 Any hard objects – stones, metal parts etc. – have to be removed.
They could be thrown out and cause personal or material damage.
4.3.1.4 When w orking in shrubs or bushes, the working height must be 1 5 cm
as a minimum not to expose animals, such as hedgehogs, at any risk.
4.3.2 Grass trimming.
4.3.1 When trimming on grass areas, hold the machine at an angle of 30°
and make semi - circular turns to the left and right.
4.3.2 The best results are achieved with grass 15 cm high. If it is higher, it is
recommended to repeat mowing several times.
When the machine is running never put the mowing head on the ground.
4.3.3 If the cutting d ecreases , then the cord has become too short
4.3.3.1 Hold the running machine over the grass and knock the ground
several times with the mowing head the cord will become longer .
4.3.3.2 The cutter enclosed in the protection shield will cut any excess cord to
the required length.
The cutting cord remnants may be thrown off and cause an injury.
