Descrip�on Analysis of cause
Air condi�oner
can't be configured
successfully
1. Check the mobile connected WLAN router SSID and password is correct;
2. Check whether there are addi�onal se�ngs of WLAN router as shown below
.
1) Firewall by router itself or by PC
2) MAC address filtering
3) Hidden SSID
4)DHCP server
Reboot WLAN router, mobile device and air condi�oner (WLAN module) and connect air
condi�oner by CF mode again. Before reboo�ng, check nobody has already connected t
o
same air condi�oner.

condi� o ner for 3 minute s a�er powe r failur e. (No �fica�on will n ow s h ow
up o n the mobile d evice.)
If yo u cannot contr ol th e app ( air co ndi�oner) even a�er powe r restor ed ,
you will ne ed t o connect the a i r con d i�oner by C F mod e again .
Mobile can't control

1. Smart Life App display Air condi�oner Device offline. Please check the following condi�on s.
1)The air condi�oner has been reconfigured.
2)Air condi�oner out of power.
3)Router out of power
.
4)Air condi�oner can't connect to router .
5)Air condi�oner can't connect to network through the router .
6)Mobile device can't connect to network.
7) A�er adding the device, it disappears in device list .
Hold and
slide dow n to refresh the device list. If it has no change, shut down the app and start again .

depending on the circumstances of manufacturing firms .
3. In case Wi-Fi signal strength is weakened, smart app may be disconnected. Ensure the unit is posi�oned
within range of the wireless router .
4. DHCP server func�on should be ac�vated for wireless router .
5. The internet connec�on may fail because of a firewall problem. In this case, contact your internet
service provider.
6. For smart phone system security and network se�ng, ensure smart air condi�oner app is marked as
a “Trusted” app for firmware updates.
