How to identify if certain cookware is suitable for microwave cooking purpose?

Put the intended cookware together with a glass of water (300 ml) inside the oven cavity, and then set the oven at the "HIGH" stage for one minute.
Applicable microwave cookware will be as cool as ever, while the water will absorb the energy and become warmer.

Operation

Connect the microwave oven to power supply.

Cooking

1. Place the food on the rotate plate and close the door.
2. Set the microwave power mode you need by turning the power control

regulator (there are 6 modes including defrost available-please refer to
table on the right)

3. Set the cooking time by rotating the timer. If your set time is less than 2

minutes, first turn the timer to over 3 minutes position and then turn
back to your desired time. Maximal cooking time can be 30 minutes.

4. After having set the cooking time the oven began operation. And the

operation process can be terminated at any time just by opening the
door. Once the door is closed the process will be continued.

5. A bell ring will be heard after time out. And the oven is de-energized

and lamp will be off.

Caution:

If food is removed before time out, make sure the timer is set

back to “0” position so as to avoid unintentional running without load.

Note:

It is recommended to wear gloves when removing the cooked food from oven and be careful do not touch the heat element on the top of cavity.

Attention:

Oven stops operating when the door is opened.

Defrost function

Defrost the frozen food is one of utilities of microwave oven, it is more acceptable with a reduced risk of deleterious bacteria than normal defrost

2. Set the timer, which is dependent upon the frozen food. It usually required longer time than ordinary cooking. Turn the food at least one time to check the

doneness. If the defrosted food can be cut by knife, defrosting period can be terminated. Maximal defrost time can be 30 minutes

: The thickness of microwave can penetrate through food from single side is not more than 4cm, if defrosting thick and chunky food, for obtaining the

best result, turn over the food constantly. Remove out the defrosted portion or thin parts to prevent further cooking
