in the EU countries, using frequency band 87.6 – 107.9 MHz (short – range devices - wireless
devices for the transmission of sound),
is in compliance with requirements and other relevant provisions of the R&TTE Directive 1999/5/
EC regarding on Radio equipment and Telecommunicatons Terminal equipment,
and is in compliance with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction of the use of certain
hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment

Shenzhen Bontek Compliance Testing Laboratory Co., Ltd., P. R. China.
The test results are introduced in the Test reports No. ET13062082-R&TTE, ET13062083-e -
-mark, ET13072092-ROHS, which were issued by the laboratory Shenzhen Easy Test
Electronic Products Co., Ltd.,P.R. China and in the Test report No. WTS13S0907205S, which
was issued by the laboratory Waltek Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., P.R. China.
