6. Verify the plunger moves freely in the torch head. If it does not, check the angle of the ring connector for the torch
power cable.
7. Compress the trigger spring into the left half of the trigger. Slide the trigger and spring into place, making sure the
spring does not fly out of the handle.
8. Install the strain relief into the strain relief slot.
9. Align the left half of the handle with the right half, making sure the wires will not get pinched by the handle. Verify
the trigger pivots are both located in the trigger pivot holes and replace the 5 screws.
10. Replace the consumables and reconnect the torch to the power supply.
