8. Troubleshooting
If you have problems with the unit, please refer to the
following tips.
The device cannot
be switched on.
Charge the battery.
When the speaker
is connected to a
USB port on the
charger or PC, the
battery does not
charge.
Check the USB output on your computer
or charger.
Check the cable. If it is defective, use
another one, checked and approved by
the manufacturer.
If a tested and approved by the
manufacturer cable does not allow
charging,
please
contact
the
manufacturer's service department.
Files cannot be
played back from
microSD card or
USB memory stick
Check that the media is compatible with
the device. If not, use another one.
Check if there are any MP3 files on the
media.
Check if the media is formatted to FAT
type of file.
Bluetooth
connection does
not work
Make sure that your device is paired
correctly with the speaker.
Check that the devices are not more than
10 m apart in the open air. Obstacles
(furniture, walls) reduce the range of
cooperation possible between devices.
Poor sound quality
during playback
The loudspeaker could have been
damaged.
Poor sound quality in the source or music
files.
