The device does
not send info on
electricity usage
The device measures energy consumption at all times but the
numbers can only be checked with the Hykker Smart Home
application.
If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer's service department.
STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT
Keep the unit clean and switched off in a dry place away from heat and moisture
sources. It is best to place the device in its original packaging, away from children and
pets.
TRANSPORT OF THE DEVICE
Do not expose the unit to excessive vibration, shock or impact during transportation.
During operation, carry the device gently. Do not expose the device to heat or moisture.
12. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
The product is covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of sale of the product. If you
need warranty repair, please contact the manufacturer's hotline. The product returned
for repair should be complete and preferably in its original packaging.
