Limitation of Liability

directors, members or employees be liable to you for any
lost profits, lost savings or incidental, indirect, special or
consequential damages, arising out of your use or inability
to use the product, service, website or the breach of this
agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of
liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you, in which case the
