Alfred’s Garden Tools will repair or replace product found defective within six months of original
purchase. To exercise the warranty rights the purchaser must contact Alfred’s Garden Tools at 1 877
777-0767 and obtain a “Warranty Claim Number”, then return the merchandise with a copy of the
proof of purchase (shipping prepaid).
Alfred’s Garden Tools réparera ou remplacera le produit défectueux à l’intérieur de 6 mois suivant
l’achat original. Pour bénéficier des droits de garantie, l’acheteur dois contacter Alfred’s Garden
Tools au 1 877 777-0767 et obtenir un “Numéro de réclamation de garantie” puis retourner la
marchandise avec une preuve d’achat (transport pré-payé).

If plants are not growing well and you suspect “hard” water:
Try distilled or purified water. You should see a significant improvement in plant health and growth
within one week.
If nutrient solution stops flowing from the drip lines:
1- Check to ensure that pump is plugged in and reservoir is filled with nutrient solution.
2- Keep the pump and filter clean.

Préparer la solution avec de l’eau distillée ou de l’eau purifiée. Un changement significatif devrait
s’opérer dans la santé de la plante à l’intérieur d’une semaine.
Si la solution ne coule plus des piquets goutte-à-goutte :
1- Vérifier que la pompe est bien branchée et que le réservoir est rempli de solution nutritive.
2- Garder la pompe et le filtre propre.

Unopened merchandise purchased directly from Alfred’s Garden Tools (excludes custom order
merchandise) can be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. To obtain a refund the customer
must contact Alfred’s Garden Tools at 1 877 777-0767 and obtain a “Return Merchandise Number”
then return the merchandise with a copy of the proof of purchase (shipping prepaid) to Alfred’s
Garden Tools. A restocking fee of eight percent (8%) will be deducted from the refund.
