ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND IDENTIFY ALL PARTS
BEFORE STARTING ASSEMBLY
1.
( See Figure 1 ) Remove the L ock N uts
( O) and Flat W ashers ( P) from each
of the two Axles ( B). Slide the Axles
( B) through the holes at the bottom
of the Frame ( A).
2.
( See Figure 2 ) Slide W heels ( C) onto
the ends of each Axle ( B) and secure
using the Flat W ashers ( P) and L ock
N uts ( O). M ake sure that the valve
stems are facing outward. Do not
overtighten.
3.
( See Figure 3 ) Insert the end of the
H andle ( E) through the handle hub
of the frame ( A).
