1.4.4 IP Address Settings
The IP Address setting screen enables the Hydro-Net software to be configured to use a
DHCP or Static IP address (Figure 42).

1.4.5 Sensor Communication Setup
The Sensor Communications Setup section (Figure 43) configures the Baud rate used by
the sensor RS485. The Baud rate can be configured to Auto or Fixed. If set to Auto Baud
the software will automatically determine the fastest speed available with the connected
sensors on the network. When set to Fixed Baud the software will attempt to communicate
at the configured speed. If communication at the configured speed is not possible the baud
rate will be set at the maximum available for the connected sensor up to the Max Baud rate.
Once the Baud rate settings have been saved the current Baud rate is updated to indicate
the communication speed on the network.
It is recommended to leave the Baud rate set to Auto Baud.
Note: If communication issues are encountered it is recommended to configure
the communication as Fixed Baud 9600.
