Decommissioning the RFX
To decommission, proceed as follows:
Depressurize the unit.
Empty out the oil
Dismantle the hydraulic connection line to the RFX.
Dismantle the RFX.
Disposing of the RFX
Dispose of the packaging material as appropriate for your area.
When decommissioning and/or disposing of the RFX, observe all local guidelines
and regulations pertaining to occupational safety and environmental protection. This
applies in particular to the oil contained in the unit, to components coated in oil and
to electronic components.
After disassembling the unit and separating the various materials, reuse them or
dispose of them properly in accordance with local regulations.
