Replacing the Injection and Condensate Water Lines (21)
You need:

Injection and condensate water lines (for stock no. see
Replacement Parts List
)
•
Compressed air
•
Philips head screwdrivers, PH#2 + PH#3
•
Slotted screwdriver, 0,6x4,5x100
Steps:
If the entire vacuum pump is to be flushed and cleaned,
then do the cleaning first, then replace the filters.
Remove the blue paneling.
Remove the guard.
Remove the injection water line and replace it.
Remove the condensate water line and replace it.
Reassemble components in reverse order.
After switching the unit back on, slowly fill ca. one liter of
water in the waste air nozzle and observe the water filter
and hoses.
The movement of water in the hoses and filters has to be
visible.
