Use and maintenance manual DM 8

Open the cutting head cover by unscrewing the two knobs and hooking it onto

the galvanised lever on the back of the head.

Open the front blade guard by undoing the fixing screw and rotating it as

illustrated in the figure below.

Remove the rear blade guard by undoing the two fixing screws using an Allen

key.

Wear protective gloves when changing the blade.

Remove the worn blade by sliding it off the flywheels and front and rear

heads.
