Main work
–
Manually press the brake caliper toward the brake disc to
push back the brake piston.

Remove screw

and pull wheel speed sensor

out of
the hole.

Remove nut

. Take off chain adjuster

Pull out wheel spindle

far enough to allow the rear wheel
to be pushed forward.

Push the rear wheel forward as far as possible. Take the
chain off the rear sprocket and place it on chain sprocket
guard

Cover the components to protect them against dam-
age.
–
Hold the rear wheel and remove the wheel spindle.
–
Pull the rear wheel back until the brake caliper bracket is sus-
pended freely between the brake disc and rim.
Warning
Danger of accidents
Damaged brake discs reduce
the braking effect.
–
Always lay the wheel down in such a way that the
brake disc is not damaged.
–
Take the rear wheel out of the link fork.
Info
Do not operate the foot brake lever when the rear
wheel is removed.
