4. Turn the emergency stop button on the control panel
clockwise to make sure that the emergency stop
button is disengaged.
5. Set the main switch on the electrical enclosure in the
ON position.
6. Set the joysticks in neutral position.
7. Push the ON button for the drive motor (A). The light
(B) comes on when the drive motor has power.

8. Push the ON button for the drum motor (C). The light
(D) comes on when the drum motor has power.
Note:
The drum motor cannot start if the drive
system is not on.
9. Wait 10–15 seconds until the color of the display (E)
changes from red to white.
10. Slowly lower the lift lever to lower the tool drum to
the floor.
11. Turn the depth adjustment wheel counterclockwise
until the depth is correct for the operation.

12. Turn the lock for the depth adjustment wheel to lock
the operation depth.
a) Turn the lock to unlock the depth adjustment
wheel again for more adjustments of the
operation depth.
