The internal circuit
breaker releases.
Too high a load or not sufficient power sup-
ply.
Do a check of the power supply.
Decrease the grinding pressure, increase the
number of diamond tools or increase the
bond hardness.
The product stops
again when you start
it.
Speak to an approved service center.
There is no control
voltage.
The emergency stop button is engaged.
Turn the emergency stop button clockwise to
disengage.
If the relay for the emergency stop button
has 3 green LED, the circuit is closed. Reset
the circuit breakers when they are off.
The operator presence control is engaged.
Install the key for the operator presence con-
trol.
The product does not
start when the start
button is pushed on
the control panel or
the keypad.
There is an error or "RDY" is not shown in
the display.
Do a check of the error messages on the
display. If "STO" or "PWR" shows in the dis-
play, there is no 24 Vdc to these inputs. Do
a check of the circuit of the emergency stop
button.
There is an error in

keypad.
In the submenu "Error history", Push the
"Help" button for possible solution. If the sol-

The remote control
control and the prod-

tion.
The remote control is tilted too much.
Keep the remote control in horizontal position
during operation.
Too much distance between the remote con-
trol and receiver on the product.
Stay near to the product.
The battery terminals on the remote control
battery or the battery terminals in the remote
control are dirty.
Clean the battery terminals.
The remote control
stops.
The automatic stop function is in operation.
On the rear side of the remote control, push
the enter button for 2 seconds. Set the func-
tion "Auto-off" to "Off". Push the arrow button
on the rear side of the remote control 5 times
to go to "Exit".

Transportation
WARNING:
Be careful during
transportation. The product is heavy and can
cause injury or damage if it falls or moves
during transportation.
The wheels let you move the product for shorter
distances.
For longer distances, lift the product to move it or put the
product on a vehicle.
