Safety instructions for PC visor
WARNING:
PC visors is no substi-
tute for protective goggles or safety gog-
gles. Protect your eyes with protective
goggles or safety goggles that comply
with the standard EN 166.
WARNING:
If visors and holders do
not have the same terms for use, the low-
er performance level should apply for the
protective equipment in its entirety.
WARNING:
Eye protectors against
high speed particles worn over standard
ophthalmic spectacles may transmit im-
pacts, thus creating a hazard for the wear-
er.
WARNING:
If protection against high
speed particles at extremes of tempera-
ture is required then the selected eye pro-
tector should be marked with the letter T
immediately after the impact letter, i e FT,
BT or AT. If the impact letter is not fol-
lowed by the letter T then the eye protec-
tor shall only be used against high speed
particles at room temperature.
• Be aware that materials that may come in contact
with the user's skin can cause allergic reactions in
especially sensitive people.
• Replace the product if it shows signs of damage
such as scratches or cracks. Sunlight can cause the
plastic material of the product to age faster.
• Do not use the visor longer than 3 years from the
date of manufacture stated on the product.

Visors marked with S
should not be used when there is a fore-
seeable risk of any hard or sharp flying
particles.
• Mesh visors do not provide protection against
splashes of molten metal, hot objects, splashes of
liquid, infrared or ultra violet radiation, or electrical
risks.
• Be aware that materials that may come in contact
with the user's skin can cause allergic reactions in
especially sensitive people.
• Replace the product if it shows signs of damage
such as scratches or cracks. Sunlight can cause the
plastic material of the product to age faster.
• Do not use the visor longer than 3 years from the
date of manufacture stated on the product.
Operation
To put the earmuffs in operation
position
1. Put on the headband and adjust the earmuffs around
your ears.
2. Adjust the earmuffs until they are tight around your
ears and tight against your head. Make sure that the
earmuffs decrease the noise sufficiently.
Maintenance
To do maintenance on the product
CAUTION:
Do not flush or put the
product fully into water.
1. Clean the product regularly. Use a cloth with a weak
soap solution.
2. Do a check of the condition of the sealing rings and
the PU foam inserts before each use.
3. Replace the PU foam inserts if they are damaged.
a) Pull out the PU foam inserts from the earmuffs.
