Pump shaft

Key

Cover

O ring

Cog

Screw the clutch drum on by turning it clockwise.
Connect the hydraulic oil tank to the engine unit.

Hydraulic pump

Removal

Remove the clutch drum, tank adapter and diffuser.
Detach the hydraulic pump and lift it out. Disconnect the
hydraulic hose.
Unscrew the 6 bolts in the cover and lift the cover off.

Remove the O ring, cog and pump cogs.

Check that the pump cams are free from gouges. If not,
both pump cogs and the cover must be replaced. Make
sure the pump cogs are not cracked or otherwise
damaged.
