• Remove gearbox guides (1).

• Turn forks (2) from selector cylinder (3).

• Remove selector drum (3).

Selector drum check
Check

• Check drum grooves for wear, at curved sections in particular (arrow).

Result:

Worn grooves.

Action:

• Replace selector drum.

Selector drum assembly

• Fit selector drum (3).

• Turn forks (2) inside selector drum (3).

• Fit gearbox guides (1).
