Do not short-circuit the battery power terminals.
•
Use batteries of the same type as recommended for this device.

When installing new batteries, remember to check the +/- polarity of the batteries.

Remove discharged batteries immediately from the unit, as they may leak and cause
damage.
•
Always remove the batteries when not in use - this will prevent the product from
being
damaged
if
the
electrolyte
leaks
from
the
battery.
•
Always replace the entire battery pack with a functional one.
•
Keep batteries away from children and animals.
•
Never use used batteries in combination with new ones.
•
Avoid exposing the battery to very high/low temperatures (below 0°C/32°F and
over 40°C/104°F).
Extreme temperatures can affect their service life.
•
Never expose batteries to direct sunlight, radiators, fire or excessive heat.
•
Avoid contact with liquids and metal objects, as this may result in total or partial
damage to the battery.
•
Never dispose of batteries into a fire - they may explode.
•
Never immerse batteries in water. Do not touch the batteries with wet hands.
•
If hands come into contact with acid from the battery, rinse hands under running
water.
•
If electrolyte gets into your eyes, contact your doctor. Acid contained in batteries
may cause skin irritation or chemical burns.
•
Swallowing batteries can be fatal! Keep batteries away from children and pets.
Immediately seek medical attention if the battery is swallowed.
