Fold and unfold (Uninstalled sliding sleeve)

Unfold:

Put long Allen key into the hole of the Steering rod and location pin. Pull

long Allen key upward to unfold the scooter, the flow is shown in Figure A and B,
unfolded Scooter as shown in Figure C.

Fold:

Put long Allen key into the hole of the Steering rod and location pin. Pull long

Allen key upward to fold the scooter, the flow is shown in Figure D and E, folded
Scooter as shown in Figure F.
