Prior to any maintenance operations, turn the toaster off, disconnect it from the mains
and cool it.

Outer surfaces: to keep the surface gloss it is recommended to wipe them daily with a
wet napkin. Persistent stains can be removed with a non-abrasive cleanser or special
agent for cleaning stainless steel surfaces. Hard-to-reach places are cleaned with a
small brush and a neutral soap solution. It is not recommended to use abrasive
materials, as far as it can result in formation of scratches, which worsen the toaster
appearance and contribute to rapid surface contamination.

Lubrication: The gear motor and toaster conveyor mechanisms do not require added
lubrication.
