7. TROUBLESHOOTING
Malfunction
Possible cause
Malfunction repair
The device won’t start.
• Too short pressing on
key 6.
Hold key 6 pressed for 2 to
3 seconds.
• AA batteries depleted.
Replace batteries.
• External power source
generates voltage under
12V of current under
1А.
Replace external power
source. Check external
power cable for proper
connected.
The device does not respond
to keys.
• Software failed.
Switch the device off (if
possible), remove and re-
install batteries.
The device produces
distorted sound or does not
produce sound at all.
• Equalizer wrongly
adjusted.
Disable or adjust the
equalizer.
• Batteries or external
power source fail to
generate ample current.
• Speaker penetrated by
water; or speaker failed;
or contact missing or
unstable in connector 5.
Replace batteries.
Replace external power
source.
Check speaker.
Check cable for integrity
and plug connection for
stability.
Please apply the manufacturer if malfunction remains.
