Assemble the Front Wheels

1.  Slide the front thick washer (9) onto the front axle.
2.  Slide the front wheel (7) onto the front axle.
3.  Slide the front thin washer (11) onto the front axle.
4.  Slide the snap pin (13) into the hole on the front axle until firmly

attached.

5. Snap the rim (14) onto the completed wheel assembly.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 for the remaining front wheel.
