REAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY
Complaint:
Rear wheels will not stay on or they fall off.
Cause of this complaint:
With 1 wheel fitted to the car, when the customer pushes on the 2nd wheel they are pushing the axle rod back out the other side of
the car. Wheels are not clicking into place.
The solution:
Assembler needs to hold the first wheel in place against the car while they push on the 2nd wheel so they both clip in. Refer photo
