(especially with larger TVs), so we suggest creating
an outline on the wall with masking tape where you
want your TV to be. Based on that location, determine
the proper placement of the mounting holes.

3A. Determine Mounting Height
Continue to the appropriate step for your wall type:
2B-1: Wood Stud Wall
2B-2: Solid Concrete or Concrete Block
Do not use wall anchors in drywall or wood stud walls.
3. ATTACH MOUNTING ARM TO WALL
The ideal height for a typical TV room setup is for the
middle of the TV to be 42” off the ground.

Hold the mounting arm against the wall with the arrow pointing up,
and use the level to confirm that the mount is properly aligned.
Mark the three mounting holes with a pencil.
Locate a stud in the wall with the edge-finding stud finder.
Ensure that you locate and mark the center of the stud.
2C. Attach Mounting Plate to TV

Use a 3/16” (4.5mm) drill bit to make three 2.2”
(55mm) deep holes in the wall.
2. ATTACH MOUNTING PLATE TO TV
Using the screw / spacer combination
you selected in the previous step, attach
the mounting plate to the back of the TV.
Remember - the two bolts on the back of
the mounting plate should be towards
the top of the TV.
