variety of massage techniques. Choose from two stationary massage techniques and a rolling massage or select one of the three auto

Using your controller while mounted on the
massager
Just press the Play
button to start the
massage. Or, remove it from the elastic loop
for hand-held control.

Slip the controller into the elastic loop until
the loop snaps into the notch. Keep the cord
tidy by looping and tucking it in behind the
controller.
Your Massage Anywhere automatically limits your massage to an
ideal 15-minute interval. To restart, simply re-select your favorite
massage setting.
