Connect the high-pressure water hose.
Connect to the electricity supply.
The supply must be fitted with an earth leakage device.
Check that the
COMMANDO
®
ROTAWASH
standing firmly and that all guards are in position.
Turn the main isolator on and ensure all emergency stop buttons are in the out position,
press the reset button on the control panel and all red warning lights should extinguish.
Switch the conveyor direction to forward, press the conveyor start button and ensure it is
running freely; adjust to desired speed via control dial.
press the rotor start button and ensure rotors are turning freely, adjust to desired speed via
control dial.
Press both stop buttons.
The
COMMANDO
®
ROTAWASH is now ready for use.
